Carla is the President of Gioia Concierge. Having been a very busy medical professional while raising three ambitious children, she was very much an advocate of delegating help, which granted her time to enjoy life with her “cubs". She also has used a concierge business in Disney and New England for many years. The concept to bring an all-encompassing premier service to Bucks County was conceptualized and implemented. Just like Carla, Gioia Concierge is built around family first, joy, giving, and commitment to excellence.

Giancarlo Lombardo is the CFO of Gioia Concierge and holds a degree in Business Administration. He plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations while ensuring that every aspect of the service exceeds client expectations. Dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and personalized experiences, Giancarlo is deeply committed to a customer-first philosophy. From luxury transportation to concierge services, he works closely with the team to tailor solutions that meet each client's unique needs. Beyond his professional role, Giancarlo is passionate about physical fitness, enjoys following Philadelphia sports, and attends live music events whenever he can. He remains focused on driving growth while maintaining the high standards that set Gioia Concierge apart.

Meet Devon Kilgariff, COO of Gioia Concierge. With a Business Administration degree and over ten years of experience—including managing salons, nannying, and home management—Devon excels in staff scheduling, client relations, and team-building. Passionate about family, community, and excellence, she also enjoys murder mystery novels, family time, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles.
