    Carla is the President of Gioia Concierge. Having been a very busy medical professional while raising three ambitious children, she was very much an advocate of delegating help, which granted her time to enjoy life with her “cubs". She also has used a concierge business in Disney and New England for many years. The concept to bring an all-encompassing premier service to Bucks County was conceptualized and implemented. Just like Carla, Gioia Concierge is built around family first, joy, giving, and commitment to excellence.

With a Business Administration degree and over ten years of experience—including managing salons, nannying, and home management—Devon excels in staff scheduling, client relations, and team-building. Passionate about family, community, and excellence, she also enjoys murder mystery novels, family time, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles.
